“Partner Acrobatics is my tool of choice in becoming the fullest and most complete version of myself.”

It improves my relation to my self by strengthening my body and developing my somatic sensitivity, as well as my relation to others by giving me a way to connect with people in a fun, meaningful way. The feeling of embodiment that is the direct consequence of these developments gives me incredible ease even in the most challenging scenarios in any area of life. Enabling this self-actualisation in others is my core motivation to teach partner acrobatics and movement.

If you’d like to train with me, you can book a private session or come join me for one of my classes or workshops.

Things people have said:

Maike Pulver, Berlin, Germany
“The acro workshop with Adrian offered a great platform for participants of all levels to work on their skills. I very much enjoyed the playful atmosphere combined with a well structured class – see you next time.”

Danielle Letson, Portland, OR, USA
“The first time I ever did acro yoga was with Adrian. I was really nervous, and he immediately made me feel comfortable. Within the first session he was able to guide me through poses and movements I didn’t think I was capable of as a newbie. Adrian is talented, experienced, passionate, fun, and patient. By the end of the first session I was totally addicted to Acro!”

Andrea Zaehle, Munich, Germany
“In December 2014 I happened to meet Adrian, who is a passionate Acro Yogi. His enthusiasm inspired me to learn to fly and to base. His awareness of his partner´s abilities made me feel safe at all times and I appreciate that he challenged me to try so many new yoga postures. He loves to share his knowledge and experience and he encouraged me to actually do things I thought I couldn´t. Acro Yoga is a beautiful way of play-exercise, be conscious of your body and trust in your partner.”

Ladaun Jackson, Austin, TX, USA
“Adrian is a gentle and intuitive teacher. With his encouragement, I was able to go beyond the physical to consider the relational aspects of acro yoga, which facilitated rapid growth in my personal practice. I felt inspired by his passion and enthusiasm for movement.”

Tyler Van Arsdale, San Francisco, CA, USA
“Adrian’s teaching was incredible. Introduced himself with a big hug and patiently taught me many new things! He took my acro to a whole. New. Level. Things I haven’t even dreamed of. He is such a kind and extremely centered man. 100% self-confidence and love. This man really impresses me. I want to be like him. I’ve learned a lot about my potential!”

Melissa Barker, Portland, OR, USA
„Before working with Adrian, I had very little acro yoga experience (mostly self-taught). I also had some negative experiences with acro, such as being dropped by a base. I was very hesitant to fly but Adrian did an amazing job putting me at east and working with me on incrementally learning to be a flyer. In just two private sessions, I found myself able to comfortably L-Base and fly and could flip my acro yoga partner. Additionally, I had the opportunity to fly through multiple acro yoga positions (shoulder stands, cartwheel, baby-bird, etc.) with Adrian. The pace was perfectly tailored to my comfort level (as well as my acro yoga partner). I highly recommend working with Adrian, especially if you are brand new to acro yoga or have had negative experiences in the past. He creates a very comfortable and safe environment to learn.“
