About the event

This workshop is the perfect introduction to Acroyoga for anyone with little to no experience, who has been waiting for the right opportunity to get started, or wants to revisit and strengthen their basics. We will start at the very beginning, and look at the terminology, fundamental forms, dynamics, and techniques for a solid acro practice. It is equally suited for people with some knowledge who would like to do some detail work, gain ease and flow in the basics and build a solid foundation.

This workshop will enable you to participate easily, confidently, and safely in any jam, class, or workshop with a strong idea about how to approach the roles of base, flyer, and spotter. We will offer more advanced variations for participants with experience.

We do recommend bringing a friend who you can practice with outside of the workshop, and especially with the current hygiene recommendations in place. However, there will be a possibility to find someone to work with in the class, so **No Partner necessarily needed!**
