About the event
This workshop is made for everyone who’s already practicing Acro in classes or jams and feels confident with the foundations.
If you want to deepen your practice, learn some complex flows and more dynamic moves, this is your chance to take your skills to the next level!
We will bring up some important principals of Acrobatics and challenge your skills In L-Basing and Standing.
No Partner necessarily needed but we do recommend bringing a friend who you can practice with regularly.
