Advanced Foundation Series

Hey Folks!

 

Starting October 5 I will be offering a 6-week program focused on helping you build the foundation to move into more advanced territory. 

 

Specifically this will mean working in a structured way toward:

 

Foot to hand basics, L- and S-base

Hand stand and hand to hand basics

2 high and lifts

 

Our core session will be Mondays at 20:00, 20:00–22:00.

There will be a set schedule so you know what to prepare, you will have specific homework and the program will come with 2x30 min private coaching that you can take whenever you feel ready for it.

You can sign up individually though you’re encouraged to sign up with a partner. If you sign up solo, I will aim to match you with a partner to work with during this period.

 

You will have the Wednesday class as an optional extra session and whenever people join I will prioritise working on content aligned with the program to give you maximal training opportunity. 

 

The goal will be to get you to a comfortable level to start going to the advanced classes and if you don’t feel ready, certainly to give you a clear idea and the necessary tools for what you need to get there.

 

I’ll be looking to have a minimum of 12 people to run the program so do register as soon as you know this is a fit for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Without USC: 180€

 

With USC: 120€ (using USC to check in for each class)

 

Including 6 dedicated classes

2 x 30 min of private coaching

Homework assignments that you record and get feedback on

Recordings of the skills worked on in each class
