Handstand Foundations Workshop

Learn all the basics around theory and practice to get your handstand practice going! In these 2h hours we will look at drills and exercise to help you feel your line, strengthen and mobilize all relevant parts of your body and figure out what you personally need to move forward.

This workshop is suitable for total beginners up to an intermediate range of starting to stand independently.
