Class

​

Classes can be reserved and cancelled directly via app for USC users. For non-USC users, reservations and cancellations can be made via email. Up to 24h before the beginning of class. No cash refunds. 

 

Workshops & Retreats

Cancellation's made more than 6 weeks before the first day, will be refunded in full. 

Cancellations made 6-2 weeks before the first day, will be refunded 50%. 

Cancellations made less than two weeks before the first day, cannot be refunded.

If the event is cancelled for any reason, all fees are refunded in full. 

If a participant cannot join in full or in part due to illness, the equivalent of missed segments is granted as credit for future classes or events. Cost incurred for food and lodging cannot be refunded.

Tickets can be transferred to other individuals free of charge,

pending their acceptance based on their ability to perform potential pre-reqs.
